Card stores, online shops and vendors can list their stock on Vendr, right next to Vendr’s price for every card. Every shop is checked by hand, and it’s free through launch.
What verified shops get
A shop page
Your name, logo, town, opening hours, website and links, and shipping. A store shows its address so people can visit; a shop run from home shows only its town.
Your prices next to Vendr’s
List cards and sealed products with your price. Collectors see it beside Vendr’s price on the card page.
Where to buy
Collectors near you, or anywhere you ship to, find your offers, ranked fairly by price and distance.
Drops
Post restocks, pre-orders and price drops for your own stock to the collectors who follow you, up to 3 a day.
Stock from a spreadsheet
Import your stock and prices from a CSV, or add listings one by one.
A QR code for your counter
Show your shop’s QR code at your till or your table at a show. Collectors scan it with Vendr or any camera to open your shop.
How offers are ordered
- On a card or product page, shops near the collector are ordered by price plus a small allowance for distance: €0.50 a kilometre. A shop 10 km further away has to be about €5 cheaper to rank higher.
- Shops that ship are ordered by price plus their stated shipping.
- Collectors can switch the order to cheapest or nearest.
- Listings older than 30 days are left out.
- Nobody can pay for a better position, and Vendr doesn’t sell cards itself, so no one is placed ahead of shops.

Who can apply, and how
Card stores, online shops and individual sellers, including people selling from home, as long as they sell trading cards legitimately.
Apply in the app
With a free account, fill in your shop’s details: name, kind, town and country, the address if you have a store, website and links, opening hours and shipping.
Show you’re a real seller
For example a website, a marketplace profile or a business registration. We can ask for more.
We check it by hand
Every application is checked before the shop is shown to anyone.
List your stock
Add listings or import a spreadsheet, and keep them up to date.
Keep listings fresh
A listing you haven’t confirmed for 14 days shows as “may be out of date”. After 30 days it’s hidden until you confirm it.
List only genuine cards and products you have, described honestly, including condition and language.
Found your store on the map?
Vendr’s store finder shows card shops and retailers from Apple Maps. If you run or work at one, you can claim it and turn it into a verified Vendr shop.

Tell us who you are
Your role (owner, manager or staff) and how to reach you: an email address or a phone number. Only Vendr’s moderators see these.
We verify it by hand
We call the store on its public number, the one Apple Maps lists for it, or you email support@vendr.pro from the store’s own email address. It usually takes a few days.
Your store is verified
It shows on the map as a verified Vendr shop, and you can list stock, set prices and post drops.
Nothing changes on the map until a claim is confirmed.
Drop rules
A drop is a notification about a restock, pre-order, price drop, release, store drop, queue or event. Collectors trust them because they’re accurate.
- Verified shops can post restocks, pre-orders and price drops for their own stock, up to 3 a day.
- Drops must be accurate and current: no stock you don’t have, no fake scarcity, and no price you won’t honour.
- A drop’s link goes only to your shop’s own website and listed links.
- Vendr can withdraw a drop at any time, and misleading drops can lead to a shop being limited.
Your sales are yours
You’re responsible for your prices, stock, descriptions and the sale itself. Vendr doesn’t sell anything, take payments or hold stock, and isn’t a party to any sale.
Your data
Your shop page, listings and drops are public. Your contact email and application evidence are seen only by Vendr’s moderators. We don’t sell shop data or give it to other shops.
If we have to act
We can limit, suspend or close a shop that offers fake or proxy items, misdescribes stock, keeps listing what it doesn’t have, posts misleading drops or treats customers abusively.
We tell you why
When we act, we tell you what we did and why, at the latest when it takes effect.

30 days’ notice
Before closing a shop for good we give 30 days’ notice, unless the law requires us to act sooner or the breaches are serious or repeated.
Free through launch.
Shops are free on Vendr during launch. If we ever charge for shop features, we’ll tell shops at least 30 days before, and nothing is charged without your agreement.
